Its standardized production and full-scenario adaptability provide a solution for projects that combines reliability, economy and longevity.

1. Product definition and core standards

T-type socket joint: a flexible connection method sealed by a rubber ring, which allows the pipe to deflect at a slight angle (≤5°), adapts to foundation settlement and seismic disturbance, is easy to install and has strong sealing.

K-level wall thickness classification:

K7~K10: indicates the wall thickness grade (the larger the K value, the thicker the wall thickness), among which:

K7: wall thickness of about 7mm, pressure bearing ≤1.0MPa

K8: wall thickness of about 8mm, pressure bearing ≤1.25MPa

K9: wall thickness of about 9mm, pressure bearing ≥1.6MPa

K10: wall thickness of about 10mm, higher pressure bearing (customized grade).

Implementation standards: in accordance with GB/T13295-2019 (for water and gas), GB/T26081-2022 (for drainage engineering) and ISO2531 international standards.

3. Structural Features and Anti-corrosion Technology

Inner and outer double-layer anti-corrosion:

Inner lining: cement mortar (ordinary/high-alumina cement), to ensure water delivery hygiene and reduce fluid resistance.

Outer protective layer:

Spray zinc layer (≥130g/㎡, K9 grade and above usually ≥200g/㎡);

Finish coating (asphalt paint or epoxy resin, thickness ≥70μm).

Material characteristics:

Ductile cast iron (graphite has a spherical structure), tensile strength ≥420MPa, elongation ≥10%, with both high strength and toughness.

4. Performance advantages

High pressure bearing capacity: K9 grade can withstand pressure above 1.6MPa, and K10 grade is suitable for higher pressure scenarios (such as trunk pipeline network).

Seismic resistance and adaptability: T-type interface allows axial displacement and deflection, reducing the risk of pipeline rupture caused by geological changes.

Life and economy:

Design life ≥50 years (under normal maintenance conditions);

Thin-wall design reduces material costs, and the comprehensive cost is lower than that of steel pipes.

Environmental protection and safety: The lining meets the ISO4179 drinking water standard, and the material can be recycled.

5. Typical application scenarios

Municipal engineering: urban water supply trunk network, fire protection pipeline network, rainwater/sewage discharge system.

Industrial field: power plant circulating water, chemical plant corrosion-resistant medium transportation.

Special projects: reservoir water diversion, long-distance water diversion project (K9-K10 grade high-pressure pipe).

6. Selection suggestions

K7 grade: low-pressure scenarios (such as community branch pipeline network, farmland irrigation).

K9 grade: municipal trunk network, high-pressure water transmission (best cost performance).

K10: Ultra-high pressure requirements, geologically unstable areas (need to be customized).
