Surface quality

For the sealing working face, there are no defects that affect the sealing performance; For the unsealed working face, there shall be no defects that seriously damage the use or effect of the sealing ring.

Package

The finished sealing ring should be clean and free from any pollution. Product packaging should prevent sharp objects from damaging products. There shall be no irreversible deformation and external force of strangulation in any part of the product. Larger sealing ring can be coiled and put into packaging. Avoid knotting or creasing yourself when coiling.

Store

The storage temperature should not be higher than 25 ℃ , but better below 15 ℃ , and the relative humidity is not higher than 80%, so it should be stored away from light. In the room where rubber sealing rings are stored, it is not advisable to have equipment that can generate ozone; Rubber sealing rings should be stored in a relaxed way without stretching, compression and other deformation; The environment for storing rubber sealing rings should be kept clean. Under the above storage conditions, the longest storage period is 18 months from the date of production. In cold climate, it is suggested to raise the temperature of aprons to 20 ℃ before use to ensure the elasticity of rubber.

Transport

During transportation, the products should be prevented from being exposed to direct sunlight or rain and snow, and contact with substances such as oil, grease, acid, alkali, etc. that are detrimental to the quality of the products is strictly prohibited.
